The Junior Apprentice

On Wednesday 12th May, a brand new show called the Junior Apprentice aired on BBC1. It is on at 9pm on Wednesdays and is based on The Apprentice. The only real differences are that the candidates are all aged between 16 and 17 and the winner doesn't receive a business contract but instead they receive £25,000 in prize money.


Oxegen Preview

From Friday 9th July until Sunday 11th July, the country's favourite music festival, Oxegen, will once again take place in Punchestown Racecourse, Naas, Co. Kildare. With over 150 different artists playing over the weekend, it is bound to be another terrific occasion. The line-up itself is enough to encourage you to buy your tickets. Some of the world's best artists will be playing including, Eminem, Muse, The Prodigy, Florence and the Machine, Kasabian and The Black Eyed Peas.

The Blind Side

The Blind Side is a 2009 American-Drama Film featuring Hollywood’s favorite Sandra Bullock. The story is based on the novel by Michael Lewis.

Facebook has grown in leaps and bounds since its first F8 Conference in 2007. Since the last conference it has quadrupled its members from 100 million to a whopping 400 million. These F8 Conferences are growing more popular, they have brought us Facebook Platform and Facebook Connect. This year they dealt a huge blow to all of their competitors when CEO, Mark Zuckerberg, announced Facebook Open Graph.
