The Shop Around The Corner
It is a widely held belief among us that the traditional sweet shop is dead. Walking around the city, you'd find nothing even vaguely reminiscent of the old-fashioned penny sweet shop. Until now. Mr. Treats' Sweets in Temple Bar opened in January of this year. It is exactly what a traditional sweet shop should be. The shop stocks over 120 tubs of sweets, from the deliciously sweet Apple Drops and Kola Kubes to the devilishly sour Mega Sour Lemon Drops.

One of the biggest crazes of 2010 has been the Apple iPad. Turns out that humans aren't the only species attracted to the gadget, this feline friend has a bit of fun with it.
