The Junior Apprentice

On Wednesday, 12th May, a brand new show called the Junior Apprentice aired on BBC1.  It is on at 9pm on Wednesdays and is based on The Apprentice.  The only real differences are that the candidates are all aged between 16 and 17 and the winner doesn't receive a business contract, but instead they receive £25,000 in prize money.

The rules are simple. Every week the candidates are split into two teams and are given a task by Lord Alan Sugar.  Each team appoints a leader for the task.  This person is called the Project Manager.  When each task is completed, the candidates have to face Lord Sugar and his advisors in the Boardroom.  All the figures are added up and the team with the biggest profit wins.

The team that loses is then sent away to discuss what went wrong before, once again, meeting with Lord Sugar in the Boardroom.  The Project Manager then picks two other team mates who he or she thinks were responsible for the defeat.  The final three (the Project Manager and two fellow team mates) face Lord Sugar and one of them is FIRED!
